The activities of the club are being conducted in a 150-year-old one-storied building. The clubhouse was first renovated in 1969 and later in 2009 and 2010. There are 03 tennis courts and 01 practice wall inside the club. The Tennis Club organized by the Mymensingh Club conducts the game of tennis. The club also has indoor games, table tennis, billiard board, chess, carrom etc. A master plan has been prepared to make Mymensingh Club Limited into a modern and stylish institution. As part of this, a swimming pool has been set up in the club premises with the funding of the Zilla Parishad. There are also plans to construct 01 rest house and 01 community clinic. The club has a cafe called Food Park as a permanent resource. Note that the cafe provides food at 40% less price for club members.
